Certified Montessori Dementia Care ProfessionalFor more than 12 years, I founded, developed, and led a regional Memory Disorders Center within a major health system, growing the program from its inception into a five-county service supporting thousands of patients and families each year through in-person and virtual care.My experience includes healthcare program leadership, dementia and caregiver services, care navigation, staff and volunteer leadership, healthcare education, community partnerships, support-group facilitation, virtual service delivery, and program development.I am also a frequent community speaker on brain health, dementia, communication, caregiver resilience, and navigating the challenges that can accompany cognitive change.Through Memorable Pathways, I now provide select independent consulting, caregiver education, community programming, and support-group facilitation for healthcare, senior-care, and community organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area.SERVICES
